Do I need a valid ID to travel on the ferry?
Yes, all customers 18 years of age and over, and all passengers under 18 years old traveling unaccompanied are required to present a valid government issued photo identification (i.e. drivers’ license, State ID card, passport) that matches the name of the person on the ticket prior to boarding the Vessel.

When do I need to check-in?

Oahu gates open at 4:30 AM and close at 6:00 AM.

We recommend that you arrive at the port at least 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Entrance to the terminal will promptly close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. You will be denied boarding if you arrive after the entrances are closed.

Can I access the vehicle deck during the voyage?
No, United States Coast Guard regulations require that customers not be permitted on vehicle decks while vessel is at sea. Visits to the vehicle deck during a voyage may be made only with special permission of vessel’s Master and passengers must be escorted by Carrier’s crew member.

Is smoking allowed on the ferry?
No, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the ferry or the ports.
