Service Animals

Hawaii Superferry allows service animals, such as guide dogs, to accompany a passenger with a disability at no additional cost. We also welcome police dogs or other similar animal traveling with law enforecement agents or search and resue officials to travel in the passenger deck. If you make your reservation over the phone, please notify the representative that you are traveling with a service animal.

If you make your reservation online, please call our Reservations department after completing your booking to advise them that you are traveling with a service animal so that it may be documented in your booking.
